Food is great, I especially love the fried mushrooms. However last week when I went through the drive through I was charged and paid for another person's order. They had to ask for order over again and I had to wait while they remade it. They refunded my money and gave me my salad for free, but it took quite a bit of time. 25 min in the drive through is too long.
The first time we went here we didn't know what to expect. Me and my brother both had the Zaxby's Club and it was awesome. Had a medium drink with both meals. Medium drink was HUGE. I mean the cup was as big as a McDonald's large drink. Our meals were awesome. Chicken was nice and juicy. Bacon was awesome. Fries were seasoned perfectly. Before we used to go to Wendy's down the street, but now we always go to Zaxby's.
My wife and I stopped here for lunch on our way from Cedar Breaks to hurricane. We weren't expecting much but a quick fast food bite, but we're pleasantly surprised to say the least! Staff was nice, the place was very clean, and their chicken sandwiches are fantastic. A kid spilled a bunch of food on the floor and the clean up crew was ON IT...supa fast. I dunno if all Zaxbys are this nice, but this one is definitely a step above fast food joints. Well done!
My folks and I used to love Zaxby's back east. I would get the Wings n Things. A decade later and the one in Cedar City is just ok. The salad was super salty and small. I've heard others claim it isn't anything special. But that street attracts tourists in the summer and interstate travelers, so Cedar City has another spot filled on Burger Alley.
We worked with Will to coordinate catering for over 460 people with less than 24 hours notice. We were really impressed at how smoothly he handled everything.
