This was the worst exsperience I have ever had. They are having summer games here in cedar city, and obviously this fast food joint is not prepared! The employee's had attitudes, they missed half my order, I had to go to the counter 3 times to remind them! Still left without my whole order! I gave up.
I usually love this place, but tonight we got some serious attitude from the girl working the register. We ordered a root beer freeze (which we have had multiples times in the past) and received a vanilla shake. We told her about the mistake, and she said "no, its vanilla and root beer mixed." Then after a pause, told us she could add more root beer. She then hands us a vanilla milkshake watered down with root beer, asks us if its ok and immediately walks away. Someone needs to teach this girl to acknowledge her mistskes and fix them.
The ice cream is top notch. For a decent price ($1.29) I got an ice cream that is the perfect concistancy and flavor. Definitely going back.
Food all over the floor. Bathrooms are really bad. It looks like no updates have been made since the early 90's including the marketing material. Root beer is always good.
I have not been to an A&W since I was a kid and was excited to try them again. The burger patty itself was just ok. I would rate it even lower than McDonald's and Burger King. I see why the chain has not grown. I had the root-beer float that that was good, but not any better than can be easily made at home. This A&W was attached to a KFC and my wife's chicken bowl was good,but short on gravy and cheese.
