The service here is always outrageously slow. Either they're understaffed for the day, or else the employees just don't understand that it's FAST food. Meaning I shouldn't be stuck waiting 15mins in the drive thru for just a simple cheeseburger & jalapeno poppers. Did I mention there is NO ONE in front of us & the lobby is empty, & yet they're still sooooooooooooo slow.
One of my favorite Fast Food places out there in America.You guys and ladies are awesome employees I've have ever seen great job everybody!
It was disgusting, there were flies everywhere. You could not get away from them unless you left. Will not be back.
Cleanliness questionable, due to unamerican workers. And very slow.
NEVER AGAIN! stay away from this place! I get that things happen which is why I gave them several tries... but when you order fast food and it's slower than a sit down restaurant to receive your food (every time!) then there is a problem! I don't go to fast food restaurants and expect to wait over 20 minutes AFTER I order to receive it! By the time we got our food we had to hurry to make our event and after getting on the freeway we found that we didn't receive all of our food! After paying over $7 for a chicken sandwich meal we didn't receive the chicken sandwich!!! I had a very sad 12 year old as we didn't have time to get back off the freeway to turn around and go back. This place is ridiculous and clearly shouldn't be in the "fast" food business!
Our previous visit there was very similar to this one. Shame on me for going back the second time thinking that they may have just been having a hard day on our first visit.
While waiting for our food another customer received their food, that they had ordered after us. She actually apologized to us for receiving her food first (obviously not her fault)! She explained that she would never return again as she was a return customer giving them another chance as well and each time she experienced the same SLOW service!
