Waited 5 minutes to be seated and more than half the booths and tables were empty. Once seated it took a long time to get drinks somewhere around 15 minutes. Once we ordered it took another 30 minutes go get our food and most of it was like warm at best. My son's Alfredo was cold other than where the grilled chicken set. They did make him another meal which came out within 5 minutes. Our fries were cold not warm cold, they brought another plate of fries that were hot. The manager came to check on use and apologize and seamed very timid and really didn't know how to deal with problems, she did write off my son's meal. Hate that they raised their prices and are giving smaller portions. I'm not sure if I will be going back or not, which is unfortunate since I really like eating there.
I have been to this location multiple times. I have never been disappointed. The staff is great and the service is quick. The food is the best part. I have never been let down. Thank you!!
We went to Wingers this past Friday night. Our server Kelly was awesome. Not only did she quickly greet us, but she made us feel welcome. My two young children started to act up and she quickly came over and talked to them and made them laugh. At the end of our meal she came over with a tub of candy and let my kids pick a treat from it. The food was great, although it did take some time to come out. But when it did it was nice and hot and tasted great. Our server did tell us that the food may take a little longer than usual due to a bunch of take out orders, but we were okay with that because we knew. The only complaint that I have is about an older couple who scowled at me and my children when they started to cry, but our server did her best to make everyone happy, and she definitely made our family very happy! We will be back and hopefully we have her as our server again.
Our office had lunch today at Wingers. It was Yum. We had our Waiter hopping. He did a great job with our large group. We'll be back.
Great Experience! I happened to stop in during a BALLS TO THE WALL shift. Everyone and their grandma was in there! Literally, I seen my grandma and a few other relatives (...it is Utah) but ANYWAY! Despite the chaos and hustle: food was quick and made to order, servers were ON POINT, and the manager was busting her ass just as hard as the rest of the staff. The whole restaurant worked like a well oiled machine! Keep up the great work Wingers of Cedar City - I'll definitely be dining with you again
