I go to Pork Belly's about once a week. I have ordered off breakfast, lunch and dinner menus. Pork Belly's is great and one of my top picks for food in Cedar City.

Awesome BBQ and great food. Liked the Lumberjack sandwich so much that on our way back from our trip passing through we stopped again for brunch. Breakfast of eggs benedict and tritip was fantastic and ordered, you guessed it, another Lumberjack sandwich for later as I knew it would be awhile before passing through again. Makes me want to live in Cedar City!
With my busy schedule, I am thankful I can get take out lunch or dinners for our crew from Pork Belly's. There have been a few times they have run out of our first picks for dinner but they have such a great menu of choices - our second choices were just as good. I also like that they offer more than just BBQ/Smoked meat.
Foods great! If they have it! Running out consistently, due business and then owners don't apologize or fix it. They argue with guests often in store, and consistently argue with guests on a local food review. Love the food, but ownership should stay away from the guests. They also need to find a way to better prepare their food to handle the quantities of guests.
Breakfast - Banana Bread French Toast, Biscuits and Gravy and Breakfast Burrito smothered with Salsa Verde.
I totally disagree with Cord's comments/recommendation the owners quote "ownership should stay away from the guests. (Hmm... only one post and comments like that make me wonder if Cord is a competitor, a troll or just ignorant to challenges of running a food service business.)

I absolutely love this place, the staff are nice, the food is great. I'm from the south, this food bring me back home even if it isn't the same style. I'd recommend the full order of gravy and biscuits, I go every week for breakfast at least. We don't have too many food places here so the great food coupled with the environment makes it a welcomed establishment in Cedar.
The food here is great! High quality pork and some nice twists on classic American dining. Staff is friendly and prices aren't bad either.
