I'm pregnant with my 2nd and I will continue to be one of his patients.
I went through every prenatal, of my first born, with Dr. Bilanzich. He and his staff are extremely polite and courteous and they not only care about your time, but the time of the other patients they serve. Because he is one of the few obgyns in this town, he is consistently juggling his time between his regular office and delivering newborns. I think he does this gracefully and to the best of anyone's ability. He makes sure you get what you want during your delivery and he is always open to answer any questions.
His staff is very unprofessional. They have no common curtesy for people's time. My paper work sat on her desk for 20mins during check in and it wasn't until I walked up there did she finally process it. Then I waited almost an hour to be called back and now I have been sitting again waiting just to see the obgyn. I have never had such a horrible experience at an obgyn and I had kids on a military base. I can only imagine if this is how they treat yearly patients how they treat you when u actually are pregnant or god forbid in labor. It's sad this is one of the few obgyn in cedar, personally I would drive to st.george.
Dr. Bilanzich was my doctor through my pregnancy and delivered my daughter. I can't think of one negative thing to say about his care. I found him to be personable at every visit. Took time to explain every stage I was at and answer any questions and addressed any concerns. I really felt comfortable with him at the time of delivery. Came in and really took charge. Wait times were sometimes long for dr visits, however, it's understandable how scheduling can get behind due to delivery's.
Dr. Bilanzich is amazing!! He is very personal and caring. He answers all my questions and when I have a issue and when I call in he is quick to respond. I highly recommend him. He has delivered two of my girls.
My delivery went so much better knowing I had a doctor that I could trust, on the other end of things.
As for the doc. He is not very personable and will continue to push what he thinks you want down your throat.
