I've never had a better experience than that at Cedar City Hospital. The medical staff treated me with respect and made me feel welcome and at ease. They responded to my needs timely and provided me with excellent care. I absolutely love this hospital and wouldn't trust going anywhere else.
Definite 5 star experience. From check in to check out we were nothing but grateful for the amazing customer service and state of the art equipment and facilities. Our nurse, Drew, made my son feel comfortable and relaxed. He was as kind, competent & professional as I've ever seen! We were in and out in 1h10m. Job well done Cedar City ER!
During a recent visit, a late night auto accident, we were greeted quickly and taken into the Emergency Room, x-rays were taken in our room, limiting the pain of moving for each member of our family. CT scan was made easy with virtual reality goggles for my children. We were kept informed and involved every step of the way, the procedures were nearly painless, and each staff member and provider treat us with respect and compassion. The group caring for us was an actual "team" that made sure that they worked with us as a family, met the needs of each member. We are healing well and grateful for the care we received.
My family has always received outstanding care at Cedar City Hospital. The facility offers state of the art technology in evey area, and we have been especially impressed with imaging, lab, emergency and cancer services. Our family has needed care several times over the last few years and have learned we are fortunate to have this hospital in our small community.
I had a same day surgery on my leg here and it was a great experience as far as medical procedures go. I have also brought family members here numerous times and we are always treated with respect and made to feel that we really do matter to the staff. I prefer to go to Cedar City Hospital over any other hospital in the area because of this. They really are a great group of people that want to take care of you!
This Hospital's ER doesn't even deserve 1 star!! Took my 7 year old daughter in there with 104.5 fever they did a urine test said everything was fine. Sent me home with a viral infection diagnosis. Took her to her pediatrician the next day.. They did a cbc and urine test cause the ER had sent the notes to my pediatrician that showed blood in her urine. Pediatrician said there shouldn't be that much blood in her urine.. So my bad for taking my sick baby into this ER expecting some care. And I left with them getting a bunch of money from me before they even did any testing.
