Our diesel pickup broke down on interstate. The staff at TriState were super friendly... super helpful. They slid us in ahead of other vehicles and had us back on the road in 2 hours. Thanks guys..God bless you!
Service center spent 2 hours looking at my car supposedly, did nothing to it. Apparently drove around for 30 minutes even though the mileage only changed 3. Didn't fix the problem, came back and complained said they would call me in the morning and never contacted me again.
