Entered the building, past the salesman who is an older gentleman who I presume is the owner. Took 5 minutes to be acknoeledged, which wouldn't be so bad, EXCEPT as I proceeded to ask about three lot vehicles ( two truck types and a Toyota sedan, this guy proceeded to chide me for sremind unclear on what I even wanted and needed. At one point barking at me to " come back when I narrow things down and know more of what I want. That it would be then that I could expect more help and discus sion about his vehicles. I DO NOT OFFEND EASILY; however, I left Cowboy Up feeling upset to the point I vowed I will not be going back to Cowboy Up any time soon. What an abrasive experience. Very minimal customer is important attitude. The sales guy might want to think of retiring sooner than latrr. What a repulsI've experience! I was in a position of phasing two vehicles, one for my 4 high shool age children, and oNE for myself. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT A CONVERSATION about vehicles for learning sake and a genuine uplift for talking about what this owner could just as easily frame as his passion -which is selling cars, for being being SERVICE MINDED AND HEARTED FOR THE PEOPLE''S SAKE. DAMN THESE KIND OF PEOPLE ARE FULL OF THEMSELVES AND LOSE BUSINESS IN THEIR INABILITY TO ENJOY THEIR BUSINESS PATRONS. I WILL NOT BE EASILY ENTREATED TO GO BACK. INHERITANCE MONEY, NON INHERITANCE MONEY, OR MY OWN. I WORK TO DAMN HARD FOR THIS KIND OF RUDE TREATMENT.
