The hotel staff was very friendly. We showed up for our reservation and everything was already set up when we arrived. The hotel room was clean and quiet. This was a great stay.
Our room was recently renovated with new furniture. The service was good. We had waffles for breakfast which was the only real good choice available other than fruit loops and muffins. But I do love those hotel waffles!
This is a 'two star' hotel, but I feel like we got more than that. Five stars.
A great place for the money! Close to much of Cedar city and downtown. I am working here for several months and this is my choice. Nice people too
(Excellent place for your money, the room was clean and recently renovated outside it looks like a throwback to a 70's road warrior movie but inside were comfy beds and a fresh smell.. (you can tell a whole lot about a hotel room with a sniff) Friendly welcoming owner/operators make you feel looked out for.) The previous was my original review of the hotel where on the surface they seemed kind and eager to please. Our stay was pleasant enough, upon checking my credit card statement they charged me an additional $50 fee for no reason; we left before checkout time, room was left as we found it, no smoking, nothing. I have tried repeatedly to contact the management and owners leaving clear detailed messages since my calls were not answered. I am having a terrible time reaching them to get my money back for their fraudulent charge. It's a shame. I suppose if you need to stay pay cash so they cannot overcharge an unaware guest.
The outside gave us a pit in our stomach when we pulled up. However, we were pleasantly surprised. We found a sale for 37$ a night and we got what we needed.
Wow, such a great host and clean nice rooms. We stayed two nights and were very pleased each time. The hosts are friendly and very nice. We have stayed at many motels and this place by far has gone above and beyond any anything we have experienced.
