They helped me find the phone that would be best for me and helped me get my phone number over to verizon, even though it was a little hard because my former provider, Straight Talk, was giving me such a hard time. They didn't get frustrated with the long process and made all the phone calls and did the whole process for me.

I should have read all the reviews here before I came here. The manager guy, blondish guy, worst customer service ever. The new kid Tanner is good, although he doesn't know much, but is better than anyone there. Very unprofessional people. I will not go back and will make sure all my friends and family will never use them. The told me they could help me get a new phone even after I told them I had a contract thru a business account. After signing me up, they tell me I had to wait til my contract was up and sent me away to purchase my phone else were. Bad service. Very bad.
