Ok, this store just needs better service!! The website says it closes at 8 so I walked in 5 after 7 and the woman working was helping a customer and she looked up at me and didn't even say hello or anything. I sat there for 40 minutes and still nothing. I was thinking she would get done soon and come help me but she didn't even communicate... well I decided I should write a review because of the bad customer service and come to find out they actually close at 7??? What? That was a waste of an hour and she didn't even bother to tell me they were closed?! That just makes me all the more unimpressed with the service. I'd say it's not worth having a store here, I'd rather drive to St. George if the people working in the Cedar branch can't have better customer service skills. That's just sad!!!
Slow and bad service. They weren't able to solve their own problem with mi SIM. Really disappointing...
The lady helping very rude didn't solve the problem I had. Needs better service.
Quick to help me. Found what I needed in a phone and chose a phone case and screen protector there for my new phone. Got me out as quick as possible!
