Had a satellite installed last year. DO NOT LET THEM TALK YOU INTO A DOME WINEGARD ROADTRIP SATELLITE IF YOU HAVE DISH NETWORK. Also with the recent inspection of a highly recommend satellite company(i will not name names) but we have never was able to get our connection right with the satellite that's because these domes work better with direct TV, even after a new replacement, if they even replaced it. I happen to be grocery shopping when they apparently replaced it. overall the installation was carelessly done and I quote "hack job" we received with the way it was installed not to mention it was not sealed when mounted on the roof, haven't noticed any leaks but doesn't mean it wasn't probably leaking. Do yourself a favor and find a highly respected and legit Rv shop for your repair or satellite needs.
My wife and i are traveling this summer. We had problems with our travel trailer propane oven, frig we called 200 miles away and told the owner Roy our problem and we would be in the area in the afternoon could you possibly look at our problem ? To our surprise he said yes bring it in. His son Adam came out to ask in detail our problem with the trailer. He did a elimination process and explained as i looked over his shoulder. To our delight no parts needed just some minor asjustments. He also explained why and how things work. Great on our way to zion national park.
We were having a problem with lights and brakes on my towed Jeep. In less than 1\2 hour they diagnosed it to be the connector on the Jeep, did the repair and got us back on the road with hardly a break longer than a cup of coffee. Friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Put them on your gps favorites, you will not be disappointed.
The service here was terrible. The main tech that worked on my RV's generator, Matt, was incredibly rude and condescending. Whenever I asked him a question he would walk away mumbling under his breath. I would then ask him to repeat what he had said and he'd stop abruptly, turn around and in a very loud, annoyed tone of voice, explain in unclear terms what the problem was. This same tech also had no idea what he was doing. I called two days in advance and spoke to this same tech about my generator's problems. He asked me what type it was and I told him. He told me he could work on it. He literally butchered the wiring on my generator. When I had arrived, the remote control switch for my generator had been working, but when I left, it wasn't. I asked him why it no longer worked, he said it was because he had put in a new relay. What?? He never could figure out the problem. He was constantly on his cell phone talking to friends and associates. He took a two hour lunch. I had to negotiate the bill with the main manager, his father, because of the mess he made of the remote control not working. Don't go here. It's like taking your vehicle to a high school automotive class. They're very unprofessional and don't know what they're doing. Oh by the way, the generator stopped working after one day. I will take it to a legit RV repair place. There's no way in the world I'm going to let these guys touch one more thing on my motor home.
