These guys are the best! I was stranded at Bryce Canyon with my 7-person family, a blown transmission and a deadline to get back to work looming in Arizona. After calling around a lot of shops in southern Utah we decided to take the long tow ride to Cedar City to get it done by these guys because of their kindness and professionalism on the phone and timeline they offered. Bill is really good guy. I moved my son from California to Cedar City for college and we brought his BMW as well which had some real big problems. I took it the closest place possible to repair it. Bill was honest with me by saying we are willing to tackle it but I don't want to take your money because we don't work on European cars. He took the time to diagnose the car and lead me in the right direction. He even called a tow truck to take it to a place that can fix the car. People like Bill are very rare these days.
