As a woman in a new city, I was really worried when my car was having problems that the auto shop I would take my car to would end up costing me a lot more then I should pay for any repair job, I have been taken advantage of before. This is not the case with Top Gun Automotive! After reading the reviews I decided to get my car repaired there and it was the best experience I have ever ever ever had! I can not stress enough how awesome the service was. I have had my brakes replaced, my emergency break fixed and now a new alternator put in my car and every time I've been in there it has been consistently the best service ever, I would not hesitate for a second to recommend Top Gun Automotive to ANYONE that needs their car repaired. We were lucky enough to land at Top Gun Automotive through the recommendation of our tow truck driver, Wayne from Mountain Towing. Wayne called up Bob at his home (it was a Sunday at about dinner time) to make sure he could take care of us first thing as we were on day one of a family vacation. Bob was there bright and early to start work. He stayed in touch with us at the hotel to make sure we knew what was happening. He was able to diagnose by 10:00 and had it fixed by noon. Recently moved to Cedar City and with my old SUV giving me troubles everyone wants to find a good automotive shop that they can take it to, that does a good job and has good prices. So when I tried Top Gun Automotive for the first time he got me in right away took a quick look at my SUV and knew what the problem was. I was really impressed with the service the first time that when my poor SUV was giving me trouble again I immediately called Top Gun. The next morning I took it in and I was out in less then an hour. Remembering who I was and with a quick check of my engine with me standing right there Bob explained what the problem was. After Bob fixed it he gave me an incredible deal and didn’t charge me for the labor! I was even further impressed because it is all about saving money these days and you cant find a Automotive shop like this one. Thanks A Lot and I found my Automotive shop for sure. Steve
Touring Utah from Colorado our camper van gave out near Bryce Canyon. It would not start and had to be towed to Cedar city. From a list on the internet I picked top Gun Automotive. And was that ever a GOOD CHOICE! As Bob was going through the engine to see what was needed, the situation appeared to be worse than we had imagined. Several new parts were needed including a new alternator. The hard part was figuring out what was wrong and being sure all bases were covered. Knowing we did not want to spend our entire vacation in Cedar city, Bob got the job done very in record time. His charge for labor was better than reasonable. We arrived home 1000 miles later trouble free. Everyone at Top Gun Automotive was very helpful while we were waiting for parts. Top gun Automotive is completely competent and trustworthy. All of this is delivered with a friendly smile!!
