I was intending to open credit cards, checking account autoloan and checking and savings account,

Well I've had two experiences here so far and after them I'll be switching back to my other bank. The first time I waited 26 minutes for a teller on a Tuesday afternoon at 3:30 PM. The other experience I was told The person I needed to see was upstairs and pointed in that direction with no other information. You walk up the stairs and not a single door is labeled with the person's name, which is obviously the commonsense thing to do especially for a business office, but the people in the rooms look at you like you're breaking laws by being there and not a soul offers to help you. So not only do I not know where I'm supposed to be going because there's no directions, they act like you're a criminal just for being up there. I will definitely be switching back to Wells Fargo, and I'm going to pursue my loan options elsewhere. Maybe if y'all had a little bit of common decency and customer service you might get more business.

I may look other places, they will end up loosening my accounts as a guest

The teller kept challenging me on every detail, because it opened to many screens and she had to type extra items, I called the manager over and he was not helpful what so ever, and made me feel embarrassed and I asked him can you cash it or not,

And know my tax and legal responsibility of cashing large checks,

A local business wrote me a check on his account at Zions bank. I went in to cash the check (written on that branch) and they charged ME a $5.00 fee..what a rip-off..it could have been 5 cents ..its the principle...well thru this and word of mouth. I'll get my $5 worth...ps. The teller was "snippy"

After people inline were adding up, I felt very rushed and that my opening a new account was a interruptive and inconvenience for them both..... If this attitude is not resolved,

I meet all major account requirements,

The workers here have always been friendly. This bank has great perks and puts out a lot to help you feel your money/information is safe.

Worst bank ever! my mom and dad have held an account for years and now my mom has a terminal condition and cannot leave the hospital. Zion will not let my dad do anything he needs to do to get ready. Do not bank here.

1-9-17 Monday Manager, and teller, were very confrontational,
