I called with some basic questions and concerns. They transferred me around eventually dropped my call. I called back and was finally connected to one of the rudest individuals. I understand people have bad days, but that really doesn't justify treating customers poorly. She made me feel like a complete idiot and was disrespectful. She didn't even try to help resolve my questions. This was such a let down. I have visited this office before and had the best experience a DMV could possibly offer. The quality of their service has gone down hill.
