The experience that my fiance and I had at Clark & Linford was hands down top notch! Jon, Shannon, and everyone that work there care so much about each and every one of their customers. They will personally take the time to sit down with you and make sure you get exactly what you are looking for. I am in no way a professional in the field of diamonds, but Jon took the time to help educate me and make me feel comfortable so that I could make the right choice that worked perfectly for our taste and budget. Bottom line, they care more about their customers and their happiness, than making a quick buck and I would recommend them to anybody and everybody!!!!
The guy John there was awesome. We brought a 12 mm ring there to get enlarged because my wife just doesn't find it comfortable anymore. We knew it'd be a little bit of money because it's such a large band. Apart from being really kind and friendly, theit diagram thing said it'd be almost 130 or so to enlarge a 12 mm gold band- he charged us only 70. I felt it was a miracle, don't know if he just pitied a young couple that looked like they were pinching pennies or what but it was a surprise when he called and said so. Great company.
Great prices, fast, friendly service. They took the time to help us design the perfect engagement ring. It was completed before the time we were told it would be. When we picked up the ring it was jaw dropping. We will definitely be returning.

Jon is a great guy to do business with, he will help you get the product that YOU want, and is happy to give you his professional opinion and has great suggestions and ideas. The whole experience was laid back yet down to business. Prices are fair as well. We won't be going back for another engagement ring because he got it just right. We WILL go back when we have another jewelry need.
