I appreciate that Andy and his staff are so accessible. I also appreciate that they honest about what type and amount of insurance is needed--I have never gotten the pressured sales pitch from these guys that I have gotten when dealing with other insurance agencies in the past.

Filed a police report and claim on June 2 2017. Its now November 20th and I have had no contact with Adjusters. Every time we call our local office all we get is "we will call you back", "we don't handle claims", even heard "Your paper work was lost in the pile on my desk" in addition we have been given 2 adjusters names and neither returns phone calls. We have used this agency for over 2 years, 3 vehicles and this is the service we have received. To top it off one employee even chuckled over the phone when I question the 7 month delay.
I met with Dane Womack and I'm sorry to say that there are not enough insurance agents of his caliber in the world today. Great guy who doesn't pressure you or try to sell you on stuff you don't need. I would recommend him to my mother.
