It's ok, sometimes the employees try to sell you on supplements they know little about which can be kinda annoying but if you ask them the right questions they can be pretty helpful. You can only cache in your points from GNC if you get an email saying you can which is pretty stupid if you ask me, especially since most supplements are relatively expensive.
