For being a Southern Utah bar, it's not bad at all. It doesn't try to cater to SUU students (like Toadz does). Laid back, and has a nice smoking patio. Good bartenders!
Mike's had a recipe for a good time that's hard to find anywhere else. If you want to experience karaoke at its finest, come on Thursday night for an early start to your weekend.
A little bit hick, but fun if you can get down with that. Playing pool was a blast, but only if you can get your hands on one of 3 non-broken pool ques...between 3 pool tables. Drinks are kind of expensive, but strong!
I ended up here on karaoke night. That's Thursday. It was actually very busy. I made a few friends, had a couple drinks. All locals and regulars. About half college kids. You take what you can get trying to get a drink in Utah.
Steve the bartender very friendly and very good service. Clean and quiet spot for those not into crowds although plenty of local color.
