I rent a brush mower every year and it always is clean and in good working order.
I've used these folks several times, and they are always friendly, helpful, and cost competitive. They are also patient and fair: when I had trouble with one of their machines they made it right. I highly recommend them if you need equipment rentals in the Cedar City/Brian Head/Duck Creek area.
Never thought I had to know more than them to leave my mower to be fixed. I told them, my mower was sputtering going uphill and it would die, so I said, maybe a service will help. Guy told me "what do you want done? Because if we do the service we won't work on anything else or if you want to get fixed then we will look into it that?" I said I need both, so please see if you can fix whatever the problem is. Go back to pick it up, they bring the mower outside, no spark plug in place, and didn't even work. If I don't tell the guy he wouldn't have gave it to me as is, kind of stupid leaving the plug out. We placed the plug back together and would not start. Took it home, took the gas tank apart with my neighbor, cleaned the rust out of the tank and gas filter was plugged with rust, guess what....mower works like a charm, no smoke, runs awesome, spatter gone. As a client I don't feel I have to know more than the mechanics, based on what I said I thought they would check for most things that could be creating the sputtering. Oh BTW, the spark plug is not full of oil. Will never go back nor will recommend anyone to them.
Showed up @ 4:57 to drop off a mini excavator, hours say open until 5:00, they were inside but had the doors locked and acted like they didn't see us. Truely unprofessional! No one likes to work late but come on work the hours you have posted on the door!
