Great tree coverage and roomy parking, far enough away from the main downtown strip that you feel almost out of town. In a quieter part of town that really calms down after the work day rush. Easy and wide entrance. Friendly staff!!!
Nice little park, new management and they seem to want to "do it right". Good wifi, for starters. No more roomy than the next RV park, but off the highway enough that it's quiet. Only a couple of miles out of town central.

Beautiful grounds, unfortunately they've just laid sod so you can't walk on any of those areas. Office help were very friendly. Unfortunately there is no cable TV and very limited local channels.
This was a great spot to camp as we enjoyed Zion, Kolob and Cedar Breaks. Great hosts, very clean and obviously being upgraded. Would definitely stay again.
Watch out for speed bumps! Good location. Great staff.
