Great company to go through for a place, they will work with you and jump through hoops to get your business!
Worst experience. I gave a max amount and was only given options for homes 20k + over budget. Sam told me I needed to increase my budget to 'get what I wanted'. I left and went to another agency....gave my budget and they found a home within the budget that was exactly what I was looking for. Bottom line....if you want an agency that's looking to fill it's own pockets first...then this is your guy, but if you're looking for someone who actually cares about what you want or need, I would recommend anyone else.
Sam Dodd was our agent. We think Sam was a poor communicator did not keep us informed on the progress of the sale. We don't think he was working in our best interest. Too many last minute details that we should have known sooner. When sale was complete no!!!!! Communication when we closed just deposit in our bank which we had to check. Also no thank you for picking him to represent us. What a joke.

This is a review of an agent, Mona Nies, and not necessarily Stratum Real Estate Group as a whole. She hired our company to wash windows at a house 3 times per year. She signed a one year (3 visit) contract. On the second of the three visits she waited until the job was almost done, and then very rudely told the crew to leave and refuses to pay. Very dishonest, unprofessional, and I would not recommend doing business with her in any way as dishonesty is never good in business.
