The 4th package in a row that has been delayed. This time, the excuse was due to thunderstorms and the truck could not make a delivery. I drove to class and work in these thunderstorms. This is pathetic, can I call my boss and say there is lightning and not show up? This over night package was then reported to be delivered 4 days later. When you call their customer support they send a request for the branch to call you withing 60 minuets, this never happened. Terrible service and don't expect to ever receive something on time!
