Pepcon is a famous electro chlorination system supplier that is needed offshore plant! Their engineering abililty is pretty good and they have a lot of experiences! And specially i remember mr. glen smith who is a dedicated project manager.
I did heard about this company on Destroyed In Seconds when the welding accident caused a mass explosion to the one Pepcon facility in Henderson Nevada back in May of '88. Looks like a risky place.
