Kiefer and Dennis were the ones that come over and they did a great job. They were super friendly and really great at keeping me informed on what they were doing.

Jackson Plumbing has been great. We had some work done in a new office space and they were able to get us worked in on there busy schedule for the next day. Dennis one of the master plumbers went above and beyond service when we had him do a few more things then he was scheduled for. There work is excellent.

I had some problems with some plumbing at my house. I had a bad clog that was backing up my shower drain.
I wouldn't suggest Jackson Plumping to anyone. I asked them to change out a tub faucet in my house. The plumber they sent claimed he couldn't do the job without pulling all of the tile out of the tub. He spent less than ten minutes at my house and charged $80 for a service call. He did not fix anything. He was rude and inept.

I ended up calling Jones Plumbing. The plumber was curious and did a great job. He was able to change the faucet without any damage to the tile and it cost me less than a service fee from Jackson Plumbing.
Rates were great too! Love this place, Will call again.
