Ryan was fantastic. I do not often write reviews but I must say Ryan (his son and friend) went out of their way to ensure the container was in the exact position I wanted it on my property and if I may I add, it was no easy task! I would certainly recommend AAA Mobile Storage and would buy from Ryan with the utmost confidence!
Great people who run the place, easy to work with. Nice and secure units. The yard is safe and easy to use to get to the units for storage plus the staff can alter the boxes to fit needs. Add doors, Windows, etc for storage on my own property.
I should have done this review right after I bought the ocean container, because all the folks at AAA were so pleasant to work with. And not only good to work with, they kept their word on delivery; very timely. Having owned business, I can say that they have the customer's best interests at heart. And they're honest. I recommend them if you want friendly, reliable quality serve.
AAA Mobile Storage is the only way to store your stuff securely and rodent free!!! We actually bought one after we used a storage facility in Cedar City and lost all of our food storage to rats. It was horrible. We found AAA storage and bought one of their 20' storage containers. We live in the mountains outside of Cedar City, and it is 100% the best storage out there. No rodents, especially where we live. The guys at AAA Storage are the best to work with, they are so accommodating and go out of their way to make sure you have what you need. They rent, on site, the storage units for $55.00 a month, and that in itself is great. You have easy access and no bugs, no rats, nothing, they are so secure. We've had all our relatives, moving to Cedar, rent the storage units on site and it is absolutely the most worry free way to go to store your life's possessions. Good customer service, and friendly. I'll never use a storage facility that isn't made from containers!!!! These guys are the best.
Ryan was not only the nicest man I have ever done business with, he will bend over backwards to help you in any way he can. It's been a long time since I have seen customer service that actually puts the customer first and their needs. If anyone can get the job done and fast, it's him. The staff meets perfection whether they are delivering their containers to a difficult place, WE LOVE WARREN, or putting in doors. I had a vision of what I wanted done with my container and they fulfilled it. You can get a container in a lot of places but you will never find anyone that specializes in modifications and provides the quality of service that AAA Mobile Storage gives you. I will admit I am a tough customer to satisfy but I was exceptionally satisfied with this company.
