Love these subs! High quality meat!
I have been here several times thinking that the service will improve. What boggles me is that there is no rhyme or reason to which sandwich gets made first. Each time I come in, multiple people are waiting and the to go orders are scattered in between the stay orders, the orders are made in random order and you never get out of here in under 25 minutes! The staff are all young, which is fine, but there is so much chaos behind the counter that no one knows what is going on. Today, for example, some of the workers fiends came in, which is fine, but they were camped out at the counter carrying on long conversations and distracting their friends. I guess I wouldn't care if the sandwiches were amazing. But they are not amazing. They're just a warmed up subway sandwich that costs more. This is the last time I waste my time and money. Such a bummer.

Love coming here, the service is always great, the cashier Julie seemed new, and the lady next to her helped her to make sure we were taken care of. We got free subscription for the girls cause the kids eat free Monday's with a purchase of an adult meal, we didn't even know. Thank you so much for the great food and great customer service.
Why is it we are the only ones in here yet two sandwiches take 15 minutes to make. Better yet, how does an italian sandwhich mysteriously add onions, dijorn mustard, and mayo instead of italian? Whats more strange is there were 3 workers working on 2 sandwhiches that long. Ive made meatball subs before, they arent that complicated! They earned one extra star simply because they were nice, otherwise it wouldve been 1 star.
