I love Retro! There are plenty of machines, free weights and cardio equipment. My favorite part is the turf training area. Everything is always clean and really well maintained. The sauna has become a new addiction and it’s a great amenity included in my inexpensive membership. I’m stoked to have a great gym in Cedar City!
Great gym! Even when the parking lot is busting at the seams and you think it might be too crowded inside, the gym is very open and spacious. When I have gone, and I go at random times in the day, I rarely have to wait for a machine or lifting station to open up. Classy employees and clean. Like spotless clean. You don't feel like you're in your parents basement working out like some other places I've been to. Well lit. Awesome trainers too! I don't normally give five stars, but when I do, you know it's a great place!
We love that Retro Fitness came into to Cedar City so that we have a fresh new place to go work out. Retro has all the extras like tanning, a sauna, smoothie bar and turf area and their facility blows the competition out of the water. They have the best equipment in TOWN! Retro Fitness has the best staff and they are always friendly and helpful.
Really is the best gym in cedar. Haven't had any issues with any of the machines being broken and isn't too over crowded. There is no waiting due to the sheer amount of exercise equipment. The owner is also super friendly. Highly recommend.
At first I loved the service here. Friendly staff, clean equipment & never too crowded. BUT then Retro Fitness decided to take money out of my account WHEN I POSTPONED IT DUE TO MY SEIZURES BEING TOO MUCH RIGHT NOW!!! This isn't the first time Retro has done this B.S. My friend had the EXACT same thing happen to them. Took money from a postponed account. I get it, y'all charge $5 to postpone & that's fine if that would've been the case. They charged me my normal monthly fee when I POSTPONED the account. So if you're going to tell your customer's you're postponing their account, then actually do so!!! I'm going to my bank after work & filing for fraudulent charges to get my money back. I'll also be changing my card, because that's the only way my friend got away from this hell hole of a business. Extremely unprofessional. & the few people I had ready to sign up to be my gym partners will now be going somewhere else so they don't get caught in this ridiculous mess. Letting EVERYONE I know to not go here, because this is seriously ridiculous.
