Delt with Jill on the construction of my twin home. From day one she treated us like our $170,000 home was a low priority to them. When they couldn't meet their construction meeting deadline per the contract she stated that she wasn't in breech because we had verbally agreed to meet after said date. When we threatened to back out she seemed like she could care less and offered no solution to make up for the delay on her part. Clearly Son Building is so hard up for money that they couldn't eat the cost of a $700 carpet upgrade because my realtor had to cut the cost with them! Good luck to anyone who does business with them, they make product selections without the buyers permission and don't honor the contract they sign. This company is dishonest and has no integrity for themselves or the customers they serve!
