I used to work for this company. I loved working here. It's a clean and safe environment! Our store in Tooele, while it doesn't have everything, still does a great job by providing ship to store options. I've used them quite a few times, which has saved me trips to SLC or other stores.
I went for some last minute items needed for a Halloween costume and they had it all! No coupon though so that was a bummer!

Awesome customer service! I ordered some fabric here because they were out online and set up to have a friend pick it up. They informed me that the fabric that I wanted was in 2 pieces and offered to have a whole piece sent in from another store. I did that and increased the order because I had originally wanted 4 yards anyway. They communicated well throughout the whole process and made sure everything went smoothly. I am very pleased with their service.
The checkout line is forever long and sometimes the fabric cutting line, too. But they always have a good amount of stock available and the staff are always friendly.
