We rented canyoneering shoes here before our trip to Zion national Park. Brynn was extremely helpful and did a great job. You can tell she enjoys working here and loves the products they sell and rent. I mentioned we would be coming back the next day a little bit after they closed to return our rental gear, Brynn was happy to meet us after hours so I could drop off the gear. We will come back again on our next trip down to Zion. Customer service was great, no wait time and a cheaper prices versus what's available from shops in Springdale
We rented a tandem bike here and rode through town. Super friendly staff and helpful too with tips for success on riding the tandem for our first time. Big thumbs up. Check them out when you visit to get outfitted for your adventure!
We rented kayaks and paddle boards to take down to Quail Creek State Park. They were very easy to work with and the kayaks were so easy transport because they were inflatible and fit so nice in the back of our truck. One of the paddle boards was broken and they gave us a refund. I will definitely be back. They were so great to help us out.

I bought a snowboard from these guys today. First snowboard I've ever bought and I wasn't sure what I was doing. I've been snowboarding a lot and have just always used a buddy's board but decided I was going enough that I needed to buy my own. These guys gave me an INCREDIBLE deal on a board and bindings. I loved the board but when I went down the slope, I realized it wasn't the board for me because of how it fit me. I knew I needed to return the board but didn't know how that would go over with these guys. I went back and told them it just wasn't the board for me and they were incredibly understanding. They gave me a refund for the board without any hassle and I would dare say they have the best customer service I've ever dealt with. I want to give these guys all of my business solely based on their caring and understanding service.
