First of all, the contract that Enterprise has us sign protects Enterprise; however, it doesn't protect the consumer from employees who demonstrate unethical behavior. I'm usually very happy with the product (the car I end up driving) but unimpressed when I've been "burned" by a specific manager at the Cedar City, Utah location.
Very good service. The team at Enterprise provides product knowledge with detailed customer oriented service. We have used Enterprise at least 10 times in the last 3 yrs and will continue using as long as they stay the way they are.
Rented a car for 1 week. Booked ahead online in minutes. Spouse drove me to pick up the car (about 2 mile from home), even though they had a free option to pick me up at home and take me to the car. The employees were quick, efficient, and super friendly (this was at 8:00 am when they opened and they were pretty busy with a number of customers). In the chosen car class, they gave me a couple of make/model options. The car worked flawlessly. The price was great (the taxes and fees were less than another rental agency located at the airport). Dropped off the car after hours, no hassle. Received an email the next day with a the charges - no surprises, it matched the quoted price. A perfect rental car experience!
Nice staff. They really messed up my credit card with their billing practices. I am not sure if it is a regional issue but I've never had the issue renting in Arizona. They did raise their deposit to the cost of the rental plus $250.
Talked to the manager about the price since it was different than what the website told me. After I finally agreed to it I was told that they weren't going to rent the car to me (he took the keys from me before I even talked with the manager) which I booked out a week and a half in advance. Unfortunate, since I've gone with enterprise several times. It was before thanksgiving so I guess they realized they could get away with being high-handed jerks. Never again.
